Dear Parents,
If you wish to seek admission to NURSERY in St. Joseph’s Kindergarten for the year 2024 please login to our school website www.stjosephsknp.org
Dates for online application – 4th & 5th JAN 2024
Time -09:00 am onwards

After the online submission of the Application, the parents of the child
kindly submit the printout of the application form with the following documents
on 6th JAN. 2024 from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm in the school office.
Requirements:--
- Registration Fee in cash: Rs. 800/_
- A duly attested copy of Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation/Nagar Nigam
- Copy of Scheduled Caste/Tribe Certificate for SC/ST child,if any.
- Proof of address (Copy of Aadhar Card/Driving License/Passport/Ration Card etc.)
- Two recent passport size photograph of the child.
- A proper recent photograph of the entire family(parents and all the children)taken during last six months only.
- Copy of Aadhar card of father and mother,and the child if any.
- Age limit : Child should be completing 3 years by 01/04/2024

- Incomplete forms will be rejected.
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Date of Birth entered in the Application Form should be same as Birth Certificate, failing in which form will be rejected.
